Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To initiate a return, contact us at devo82s@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: items damaged due to misuse, items without original packaging, or items returned after the 30-day window.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

Shipping Times Please note that due to our global sourcing model, delivery typically takes 10–25 business days. This does not affect your right to return or receive a refund.
