Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged on arrival, or significantly not as described.

- Items returned due to buyer's remorse (change of mind)
- Items damaged by misuse, drops, or liquid exposure after delivery
- Items without original packaging where packaging is required for resale

Refunds Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Important Note on Delivery Times Our products ship from overseas suppliers with estimated delivery times of 2–4 weeks. Please account for this before contacting us about a missing order — we'll always provide tracking information once your order ships.
